Bring to life the most rigid and unbalanced parts of your body in this dynamic workshop where we will play in various yoga inversions (handstand, forearm stand, and much more) safely and mindfully. You will learn some anatomy basics to enhance your practice, while gaining many techniques and skills you can take home. All levels of yogis will be accepted to participate, however some experience with yoga is encouraged to fully benefit from the depths of this workshop. Be prepared to sweat!
