Join three of our co-op instructors for a 60 minute FREE all-level YOGA class offering a TASTE of 3 teaching styles! Several teachers from the co-op take turns teaching 20 minute segments to give you a taste of different teaching styles! This class will be an awesome mix of strecth class, pranayama (breath work), and meditation. Class is followed by a community potluck of snacks and beverage refreshments after! Please bring something to share and someone to share yoga with!
