Through practicing some basic partner yoga poses you will have the opportunity to review important alignment principles and flex your communication muscles. You will also experience the benefits of trusting and being trusted, an exercise which develops your skills in relating to and having compassion for others and helps you examine the way you face challenges in life off the mat as well. In addition to these benefits, the poses feel great, the energy is light-hearted, and some good, healthy laughter is guaranteed.
