Join Wendy Garafalo for an informative session to tailor your yoga practice to fit the needs of an athlete. Learn the basics of anatomical alignment for an athlete's body. Develop the skills to understand where there are imbalances and develop a yoga practice to help balance the body and enhance the athletic performance. In addition to understanding the physical aspect of an athlete's yoga practice, we will also discuss and learn about visualizations and how they can enhance any sport. Workshop includes 30 minute discussion and 90 minute yoga with visualization. All levels welcome.
